PULSE – is the first high-end Moscow boxing studio located in the historical city center next to Sretenka Street and the Clean Ponds. We offer our members a wide range of different classes and disciplines : boxing , kickboxing, muay thai, strength & conditioning, stretching and yoga.

PULSE – is a dynamic champion family. Comprised of professional top fighters and well known coaches. Our mission is to help you to become physically and mentally stronger, break the limits, change and achieve new heights.

Classes

Boxing

“It ain’t about how hard you can hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.” - Rocky Balboa. The old school and classic form of martial arts. You will learn how to punch, defend and improve your reaction and technique. During the class you will do many different exercises, including shadowboxing, working with pads, building your strength punching a heavy bags and many others. If you want to have more advanced preparation you can do sparring. This type of training is appropriate for both beginners and advanced fighters. All our groups are mixed, but don’t worry, our coaches are the best in the business and will find a right approach to make sure you feel comfortable. Keep in mind that boxing is also a great cardio and stimulates your busy to lose many calories.

Kickboxing

“A black belt is nothing more than a belt that goes around your waist. Being a black belt is a state of mind and attitude.” - Rick English. It is a stand-up combat sport that is a mix of Karate, Muay Thai and Western Boxing. It combines powerful kicks from Karate and agile handwork from boxing and is practiced as for fitness, self-defense and also as a contact sport. During the training you will learn new techniques, punches, kicks and most importantly learn how to apply all your body muscles in fighting. Zero training experience is required as all of our classes are suited for both men and women.

Muay-thai

MUAY-THAI – Hard martial art from Thailand. Muay Thai is referred to as the "Art of Eight Limbs" because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight "points of contact", as opposed to "two points" (fists) in Western boxing and "four points" (hands and feet) used in sport-oriented martial arts. Specially forthe girls we have designed a training program, that will help to maintain body in shape,keep it strong and flexible. Sorry boys, but you are not allowed.

Functional training

The purpose of functional fitness training is to improve your ability to perform your everyday activities such as lifting grocery bags, picking things up from the floor, climbing up a flight of stairs, or carrying a baby. Think of it as training for all the muscles in your body. The time spent developing dynamic strength, flexibility and agility carries over into your daily activities, making life a little bit easier.

Stretching

The training consistes of exercises taken from yoga, ballet and fitness.Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong and healthy. With that flexibility we maintain a range of motion in the joints.

Challenging workout which will increase strength, muscle tone, energy and flexibility through dynamic movements.
This class will assist you to improve body awareness and help you to build natural strength while reducing stress and tension, leaving you feeling invigorated.

Everyone shall know how to defend him or herself! We raise young champions from an early age, help them to become stronger mentally and physically.
We also teach them how to control emotions. Our groups are for ages 6-16.
